Unable to give a customer service review as no contact was needed or made with the vendor. The quality of the item is good and is the reason for my reorder. Pricing is high considering the quantity included versus the daily use of the product. Shipping speed was marginal, as it took approximately 10 days (via California) from order placement to delivery. In today's business world one must consider that barely acceptable (most of us are spoiled with the large online options). Good product nonetheless.

I have tried all the big brands ( in the wet shave business) and this beats them all, is a small business and it’s far superior and less expensive ( by a lot).

Great scent that’s not too heavy and smells natural and simple but kind of decadent and rugged. This is my second bottle it last a while and made for a comfortable smooth shave. I use a single blade and this oil makes it nice and slick.

Nice subtle scent, very slick shave. I’ve tried them all and this is the best value I have found. A bit of oil is left on the skin after a wet shave but washes off easily, and what absorbs enriched the skin.

Smells exactly like you'd expect! Seller packages everything well and has professional labels on everything. My husband is a firefighter and so he has to keep a close shave. I'm hoping this will help keep skin irritation to a minimum!
