Scents exclusively from essential oils

Bar soap with the scent of an earthy, damp redwood forest at dusk. Fir needle, petitgrain, rosemary, juniper berry, cedar, ginger, patchouli, vetiver, labdanum, and oak moss. Scented using only essential oils.

Our cold process bar soap is built on coconut oil, olive oil, sustainable palm & palm kernel oils, castor oil, and shea butter. A dense, creamy lather — conditioning and cleansing in equal measure. Colored with sea clay and chromium oxide — the rich green of fern fronds and coast redwood leaves. 
Scent

Lost among endless ferns, uncanny in their enormity. Thick columns of trees disappear into the dark weave of limbs overhead. Air here is still and heavy, thick with the scent of ancients and damp earth.

Benefits

Cold process soap retains its natural glycerin — the moisturizing byproduct of saponification that commercial manufacturers typically remove. That's what keeps the bar conditioning without feeling heavy.

Coconut oil, palm oil, and palm kernel oil provide hardness, longevity, and cleansing power. Castor oil builds lather volume and stability. Olive oil and shea butter adds creaminess to the lather and softness to the skin. The balance produces a bar that works for face, hands, and body without stripping.

Essential oils of fir needle, petitgrain, rosemary, juniper berry, cedar, ginger, patchouli, vetiver, labdanum, and oak moss — listed in order of scent experience from top to base.

How To Use

Lather and use for face, hands, or body. Keep the bar on a rack between uses — out of standing wate, cold process soap lasts significantly longer. A washcloth or loofah extends the bar and improves lather efficiency.
